There was a dog at out door tonight! 8D

It was a couple hours ago, it just kind of showed up at our doorstep and was barking. So we let him in and fed him a bit. I'm not sure what breed it was, but it looked like some kind of short hair Australian Shepherd or something. Seemed really old too.

The weird thing is, we checked out his collar, and the tag on it was just a rabies vaccination thing from some vet clinic in Elmira. ELMIRA. We called the number on the tag for "if found", but there wasn't an answer (duh, like 3am), but there wasn't an answering machine either, which was weird. We probably would've kept him in the house until we got in touch with someone, but Dakota wasn't too comfortable with the other dog (kept sniffing his butt and Dakota was freaking out at that LOL).

He realized this wasn't his house though and was standing at the door, so we let him back out, and he sat on the porch for a while before leaving.

Woo! Good year. Also, work is over, yay! The morning of the 24th was the last day, and we had a little potluck thing, was pretty fun. And I got a good refernce out of it, yay!

SURVIVOR FINALE!

Man, I CANNOT believe that Natalie won. I mean, she's nice and all, but Russell was really, obviously, the better player and deserved to win.

And, uh... Earth to Eric? Nice speech and all, but the motto for Survivor is outwit, outplay, outlast, and in my opinion, just one of those isn't gonna cut it.

Also: Survivor Heroes vs. Villians looks AWESOME.

One of my Piranha died. :(

He got the Ich pretty bad and the other two went after him a bit once he got it. So he's gone now, took him out of the tank and he went down the toilet... except he was a bit bigger than we thought and now it's a bit clogged up. Ah well.

He was smaller than my other two and wasn't totally healthy either, always got sick before they did. I guess it's good he's out of his misery now.

Been feeling kinda crappy the last couple days. Not really totally sick, but just kind of congested and sluggish. Eh.

And it snowed! Not that I really wanted it to, but it actually feels like December now. I mean, we're going on the cruise in January, and it would be weird if we left and it wasn't cold yet.

Also! I bought a Nintendo Points card the other day, so I used part of it and got Final Fantasy IV: The After Years on the Wii! It's basically a kind of sequel game to Final Fantasy 4. I played it for a bit, and I loooove it. I mean, I loved FF4 anyway, so this is like... yay~ I like how the graphics are old school, and the new additions with the moon phases, super cool!

Also, the sprite for Ceodore reminds me of Horohoro and it's very amusing. :3

I don't read much, but books I've read through and would read again:

Now, granted I haven't finished the first book (because I am lazy), but so far I've really enjoyed it. The back of it sounded good, which I why I bought it, but I really couldn't get through it. So it's sitting on my shelf collecting dust.

So, the other day I made myself ANOTHER pokemon friend code icon. XD I just saw those Platinum "vs" trainer sprites and had to do a Meo one. XD



I really like how it turned out (looks a bit off, since there's SO MUCH BLACK), though I keep looking at it and finding things to add/change. Hurr. I think if I had more icon space, this is the one I would actually use. XD

If the Lego Section absolutely has to be done, DON'T leave it as the VERY LAST SECTION.

I got tonight off of work yaaaaay~ 8D

So, I'm going to catch up on my Diamond game. Well, by catch up, I mean I'm going to run around in the underground and try to find a dome fossil so I can get Kabuto. D:

Really, I could just restart my FireRed game (since I need to anyway) and pick dome instead of helix but I haven't run into Suicune yet and asgklyaslkhyalh WHAT A PAIN I HATE ROAMING POKEMON. >:O

POKEMON CARDS!

I found out we've got these new Pokemon card packs at work~ 8D I wanna buy them, but they're like $18, even though it looks like you get a bunch in the pack, and I get employee discount (10 or 15% I think?) but I never even shop there since it's so out of the way, really. I don't know when I could even go to shop.

And I looked at my Pokemon card book and it's totally full, so I wouldn't even have anywhere good to keep them. D:

Also: just noticed that my DS lite has one of those hole things for charms and stuff, like on a cellphone! So next time I'm able, I'm gonna buy a cute charm to put on it~ :3
